Yoga


Do you sometimes feel disconnected from your own life? Do you often have trouble letting go and accepting the ebb and flow of life? Do you feel like your body needs some toning and stretching, some waking up or winding down? We all have experienced the above at times. I know I certainly have and yoga has proven to be a welcome remedy and a simple pleasure for me when practiced mindfully.

The root of the word yoga is ‘to yoke’: to connect, to bind. Whether you wish to connect to your breath, to gain more depth in your relationships, reconnect to your emotions and/or physical sensations, I will endeavour to help you find your intention and uncover your personal power on the mat so that you can live radiantly off the mat.
